Last month I had a great chance to share my ideas and experience on how video can facilitate communication of complex & innovative research methodologies to business partners.

My experience shows that video not only significantly increases the quality and effectiveness of insights communication, but also provides a vital tool for Insights professionals to set a scene for their consumer stories.

So, consumer storytelling starts in setting a scene of research, providing important background for understanding of the story plot.
